Muskegon, MI (WGHN) – A 40-year-old Muskegon man has died after his motorcycle was hit by a reckless driver yesterday afternoon on Lakeshore Drive in Muskegon. Christy Jibson lives near where the crash happened and says her husband is lucky to not have been hit.
WOOD TV 8 reports that the car that hit the Muskegon man who died then rolled and caught fire near Robinson Street just after 12:30. The driver was arrested after he tried to run away. Muskegon police had tried to stop the 33-year-old suspect earlier, but did not chase him when he drove away from an unrelated incident.
