(Solon Township, MI) – A four-year-old child has died after being pulled from the water at Long Lake Park near Cedar Springs Friday night. The child was pulled from the water at the park around 8 p.m. and Kent County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to the scene at 17 Mile Road in Solon Township.
Medical first responders tried to resuscitate the child, but were not successful. The child was pronounced dead at the scene.
