Zeeland Township, MI – The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred on 88th Avenue near Ransom Street in Zeeland Township on Saturday at around 7:30 p.m.
Deputies were dispatched to the scene following reports of a two-vehicle crash. Upon arrival, it was determined that one individual had been ejected from a vehicle. Tragically, the ejected occupant succumbed to their injuries at the scene.
The occupants of the second vehicle were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The intersection of 88th Avenue and Ransom Street was closed as deputies conducted a thorough investigation.
