Grand Haven Twp., MI (WGHN)- A 66-year-old Grand Haven woman is in critical condition after being hit by a vehicle Tuesday afternoon in Grand Haven Township.The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office says a 58-year-old Grand Haven woman was driving south on Forest Park Drive near Ferris Street around 4:45 p.m.
Investigators say the driver attempted to back into a driveway to turn around, but did not see a couple standing in the driveway.
The vehicle struck both people. A 66-year-old Grand Haven man was not injured, while the woman suffered significant injuries and was taken to an area hospital.
The crash remains under investigation.
