Detroit, MI (WGHN) – The Michigan Department of Transportation says that traffic will be cleared before 8:46 a.m. At that time, taps will be played as the flag is raised, followed by a moment of silence at all ports of entry. Motorists should expect closures of approximately 30 minutes or less.
