(Lansing, MI) — A state lawmaker says the House and Senate need to pass e-bike and e-scooter safety bills. Democratic Representative Phil Skaggs of the Grand Rapids area says the crash this week involving an e-bike and a pickup truck in Bloomfield Township is just one reason.
The 13-year-old boys hurt Monday in that crash are still hospitalized.
