(New York, NY) – Employer health costs are projected to rise nearly ten-percent next year. That’s according to a new risk analysis from the insurance broker Aon, which predicted that at the current status quo, next year employers would be spending an added 19-thousand-dollars per employee on average. This would be a fourth consecutive year of near double-digit percentage increases.
The firm noted that many employers would likely make changes to mitigate expected costs.
