Road Closure: 88th Ave., Quincy St. to New Holland St., Zeeland Twp., begins July 20

WHAT: Road Closure

WHEN: Beginning July 20, 2026

WHERE: 88th Ave., Quincy St. to New Holland St., Zeeland Twp.

WHY: Culvert Replacement

BACKGROUND: On Monday, July 20, 2026, the Ottawa County Road Commission will be closing 88th Ave. between Quincy St. and New Holland St. in Zeeland Township for a culvert replacement project.

This project is expected to last through July 31, 2026. Please note that all work is weather dependent and completion times are subject to change.

TRAFFIC IMPACT: A detour route will consist of Quincy St. to 96th Ave. to New Holland St.

Road Closure: 136th Ave., Port Sheldon St. to New Holland St., Olive Twp., begins July 20

WHAT: Permitted Road Closure

WHEN: Beginning July 20, 2026

WHERE: 136th Ave., Port Sheldon St. to New Holland St., Olive Twp.

WHY: Water Transmission Line Installation

BACKGROUND: 136th Avenue between Port Sheldon Street and New Holland Street in Olive Township will be closed beginning July 20, 2026, for the installation of a City of Wyoming water transmission line.

This closure should last through August 7, 2026. Please note that all dates are tentative, and work is weather dependent.

TRAFFIC IMPACT: The detour route is Port Sheldon St. to 144th Ave. to New Holland St.

Road Closure: Tyler St., 96th Ave. to 104th Ave., Olive Twp., begins July 20

WHAT: Road Closure

WHEN: Beginning July 20, 2026

WHERE: Tyler St., 96th Ave. to 104th Ave., Olive Twp.

WHY: Culvert Replacement

BACKGROUND: On Monday, July 20, 2026, the Ottawa County Road Commission will be closing Tyler St. between 96th Ave. and 104th Ave. in Olive Township for a culvert replacement project.

This work is expected to last through July 24, 2026. Please note that all work is weather dependent and completion times are subject to change.

TRAFFIC IMPACT: As this is a gravel road, there will be no posted detour route.

Road Closure: Beeline Rd., north of Greenly St., Holland Twp., begins July 22

WHAT: Road Closure

WHEN: Beginning July 22, 2026

WHERE: Beeline Rd., Greenly St. to cul-de-sac, Holland Twp.

WHY: Culvert Replacement

BACKGROUND: On Wednesday, July 22, 2026, the Ottawa County Road Commission will be closing Beeline Rd. north of Greenly St. in Holland Township for a culvert replacement project.

This work is expected to last through July 24, 2026. Please note that all work is weather dependent and completion times are subject to change.

TRAFFIC IMPACT: As this is a dead-end road, there will be no posted detour route.
