Grand Haven, MI (WGHN) – Saturday is D-Day. The Charles A. Conklin American Legion Post 28 is hosting a D-Day Remembrance Ceremony. The program will include an invocation, remarks from Commander Walt Pedersen too.
There will be a moment of silence, a rifle volley led by Rifle Team Commander MacKellar and the sounding of taps.
That’s Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at the Legion. Join your friends and neighbors as they honor those who helped change the course of history on June 6, 1944.
