(Grand Rapids MI) – Pollen counts are rising across Michigan. That’s according to Pollen.com, which released a map of pollen levels in each state, showing pollen levels have risen to medium levels across most of the state this week. Those who suffer from allergies are encouraged to stay indoors with air conditioning on until pollen levels decrease in the coming weeks. It is also advised that those who suffer from allergies dust their homes, wash sheets regularly, and shower after being outdoors.
Health officials say allergy seasons are getting longer and worse due to weather and climate change.
