(Lansing, MI) – Michiganders will not have the chance to decide a ballot proposal to establish ranked choice voting in 2026. Rank MI Vote has paused its effort to collect enough signatures of registered voters to put it on the ballot.
They are planning to start again in April 2027 with their work to get ranked choice voting on the 2028 ballot.
