(Detroit, MI) – A deciding Game Five of the American League Division Series will be played tomorrow night in Seattle. The Detroit Tigers beat the Seattle Mariners yesterday at Comerica Park, 9-to-3, to even the series at two-wins each. Javy Baez sparked the Tigers’ offense with a two-run home run in the four-run sixth inning and finished the game with four hits.
Tigers manager AJ Hinch says the team is showing great effort.
Detroit will start ace pitcher Tarik Skubal Friday as the teams battle to see who will face the Toronto Blue Jays.
