(Walker, MI) – Walker-based grocery retailer Meijer is confirming plans to expand into Pennsylvania. The company says they have started acquiring property in the western part of the Keystone State based on their success in northeast Ohio. Meijer has over 500 locations in six Midwest states.
The move follows an announcement by Wegmans Food Markets to expand into Pittsburgh.
