(Washington, DC) – President Trump says America was founded on faith and when it’s strong, good things happen for the country. He spoke on religious liberty at the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C. Monday. Trump said his administration is defending religious rights and restoring the nation’s identity as one nation under God. He announced the Department of Education will issue guidance aimed at protecting the right to prayer in schools.
His appearance coincided with a public meeting held by the Department of Justice’s Religious Liberty Commission to gather information and testimony on issues related to religious freedom in America.
