(Olive Township, MI) – The Ottawa County commission has selected five finalists to be interviewed for the county administrator job. They had over 50 people apply for the job, which has been filled by an interim administrator for the past 18 months since the county fired John Gibbs after just 13 months.

Commission chairman John Teeples says they had a “really deep pool” of applicants and is thrilled they plan to start interviews in September. The names of the five finalists have not been released.
