(Allendale, MI) –Over four-thousand freshmen are moving in to Grand Valley State University this week and it is one of their ten largest incoming classes. Many of them arrived on campus in Allendale yesterday, getting checked in and moved in to their on-campus housing. WOOD TV 8 reports that president of student affairs Jenny Hall-Jones says the line of cars can get frustrating for some as it can take some time to get checked in, but she says once they get up to the residence hall, they have plenty of volunteers to help them get moved in.
She says they start planning for this week about six months before.
