(Madras, OR) – The Cram Fire in central Oregon is the country’s biggest wildfire this year, with nearly 100-thousand acres burned. Several homes have been destroyed in a sparsely populated area about 130 miles southeast of Portland, but hundreds of other structures are at risk. As of Sunday, it was 49 percent contained.
More than 900 firefighters are battling the blaze.
