Grand Haven, MI (WGHN) – The City of Grand Haven will being the 2025 Street Resurfacing Project will begin on Monday April 21, 2025 starting with manhole removals and lowering in preparation for milling. Milling operations will begin April 25th. Paving of the streets will begin the week of Monday April 28, 2025.
The streets being resurfaced are listed below:
2nd , from Howard to Franklin – paving Monday, April 28
5th, from Franklin to Howard – paving Monday, April 28th
Madison, from Despelder to Beacon Boulevard – paving Monday, April 28th
Robbins, from Moreland to Robbins Nest – paving Wednesday, April 30th
Griffin, from Pennoyer to Fulton – paving Wednesday, April 30th
Cutler, from Grant to Park – paving Saturday, May 3rd
Milling and paving on Beechtree bike path and cemetery the week of April 28th
During the time each of these areas is being milled or resurfaced, there will be “No Parking, Tow-Away Zone” signs posted from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Contractors will maintain through traffic at all locations. Trash and emergency services will be able to access homes during the project.
All work is weather dependent, and schedule changes may occur.
