Grand Rapids, MI (WGHN) – Trinity Health is no longer included in Humana’s network on January 1, 2025. This affects patients who are covered by Humana Medicare Advantage.
This outcome is deeply disappointing. Over the last several months, Trinity Health worked hard to reach a fair agreement that appropriately covers the true cost of care we provide. Our patients place incredible trust in us when choosing Trinity Health for their care. Please know we did everything within our power to protect their access and remain in network for care and services.
They urge patients to call Humana and tell them how important it is to reinstate their in-network access to Trinity Health and its providers. Patients who are pregnant or receiving ongoing treatment can call the number on the back of their Humana insurance card to receive more information about Continuity of Care —they may be able to continue in-network care at Trinity Health.
