(Ottawa County, MI) – The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a former coffee shop franchise owner who’s accused of taking lewd photos of women without their knowledge. The Sheriff’s Office says 39-year-old Mark Edwin Dykema was a minority owner of the Biggby Coffee shop franchises in Holland and Zeeland. Deputies responded to a call on August 19th from a 27-year-old woman who claimed a man was trying to take an “upskirt” picture or video of her with his cellphone. He is also suspected in other similar incidents in West Michigan.
Dykema is free on a ten-thousand-dollar cash bond after being arraigned this week on charges of Capturing the Image of an Unclothed Person and Use of a Computer to Commit a Crime.
