(Detroit, MI) – Employees of the pharmacy chain Rite Aid says the company will close all of its more than 180 stores in Michigan starting July 1. Rite Aid officials said this week they were closing 12 stores in the state as part of their bankruptcy case. Prescriptions would be transferred to Walgreens. The Detroit Free Press reports workers have been telling customers that the stores will all be closing.
The Spring Lake location is closing.
