(Cascade Township, MI) – At least two catalytic converters have been stolen off of vehicles parked at the Gerald R. Ford International Airport this month. One victim was Patrick Clark of Zeeland, who parked his SUV at the airport April 14 when he and his girlfriend flew to Walt Disney World to celebrate her birthday and he says the vehicle was very loud when he started it up when they got back. He found the converter was missing when he checked underneath the car and says he is fortunate to have insurance that covered the repair in full.

The airport says one other catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle in their north lot as well.
