(Ottawa County, MI) – The Ottawa County Board of Commissioners will soon be voting on an anti-abortion resolution. Chairperson and Ottawa Impact Founder Joe Moss says the resolution, which is called “Resolution to Promote Life,” would not allow for any county staff or resources to be allocated to provide abortions or to provide transportation for abortion services. Meanwhile, an officer with the Ottawa County Health Department says the department does not provide abortions or transportation for abortion services.
The board plans to vote on the resolution next Tuesday.
