Grand Haven Man thrown from car during argument with wife

Grand Haven, MI (WGHN) – A Grand Haven man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries after being thrown from the hood of a car during an argument with his wife, police say.
The Holland Department of Public Safety says around 12:30 p.m. Monday first responders were called to a Wendy’s parking lot off of 16th Street near South Waverly Road in Holland for a report of a person injured.

Investigation found a married couple in their mid 40’s had been arguing inside a 2009 Dodge Charger in the Wendy’s parking lot. At one point, the man got out of the car and the woman locked the doors and started to drive out of the parking lot. The man then jumped on the hood of the car and the female turned the car left out of the parking lot onto a private road between the restaurant and a bank and it was then that the man , the man was thrown from the car and hit his head on the pavement.

The female was not injured.
