(Washington, DC) – U.S. Senator Debbie Stabenow says the federal government is making two-point-255-million-dollars available to specialty crop growers in Michigan. The funding is through the Specialty Crop Block Grant Program.
The chairwoman of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry says people who grow fruits, vegetables, Christmas trees, hops, flowers and other nursery products are eligible.
