Grand Rapids, MI (WGHN) – The National Weather Service has issued a Frost Advisory from midnight tonight through 8 a.m. Tuesday for Ottawa County.
Forecasters say temperatures could drop as low as 32 degrees overnight, creating conditions for widespread frost formation. The cold temperatures may damage or kill sensitive outdoor plants if they are left uncovered.
Residents are encouraged to protect tender vegetation by covering plants or bringing them indoors before temperatures fall overnight.
