Grand Haven, MI (WGHN) –Grand Haven officials are inviting residents, business owners, and community stakeholders to help shape the future of Centertown during an upcoming open house focused on the Centertown Vision Update.

The second community open house will take place Wednesday, May 13, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Central Park Place. A brief presentation is scheduled to begin at 6:15 p.m., followed by opportunities for attendees to review updated design concepts and provide feedback.

The event builds on earlier community engagement efforts and will feature revised plans that incorporate input gathered from residents and stakeholders throughout the planning process.

“Community input is essential as we refine the vision for Centertown,” said Brian Urquhart. “We encourage everyone to attend, learn about the proposed concepts, and help shape a plan that reflects the needs and aspirations of Grand Haven.”

City officials say the open house is intended to help guide future planning and development in the Centertown area. The event is open to the public and no registration is required.

More information and project materials are available through the city’s Centertown Vision Update webpage at the project information page.
