The Kentucky Derby isn’t just about horse racing; it showcases some of the biggest fashion moments of the year. 

Held every spring in Louisville, Kentucky, the extravaganza is also known for the vibrant, over-the-top styles that showcase outfits that are playful and impossible to ignore.
