Holland TWp., MI (WGHN) – A man was seriously injured in a rollover crash Saturday night in Holland Township.
The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office said the crash occurred around 8:06 p.m. on westbound I-196. Early reports indicate the vehicle lost control near the shoulder, crossed into the median, struck an embankment and rolled multiple times before stopping near a ditch.
The 42-year-old driver was extricated from the vehicle and transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
Authorities closed the highway for about an hour while crews responded. The incident remains under investigation.
