(Undated) – Today’s a chance to show your kids what you do for a living. The fourth Thursday in April is the annual National Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day, an opportunity to show children how businesses operate. It’s also a way to open them up to new interests. People are encouraged to share photos, videos and stories about how they’ve been influenced professionally as well as the importance of education.
Originally founded as National Take Your Daughters to Work Day, the event was expanded to include boys in 2003.
