(Lansing, MI) – The state House has approved a bill by a 92-to-15 vote that will expand the amount of time hunters can use artificial light when they are heading to and from hunting locations. The current law allows it to be used one hour before and one hour after shooting hours.
The bill that now moves to the Senate would extend that to two hours provided the person is on foot and their gun or bow is not loaded.
