(Lansing, MI) – Voters in the Republican Party are split in a new poll in the race for governor between businessman Perry Johnson and Congressman John James. Johnson has surged in support to edge James, 21-point-four-percent to 20-point-two-percent. Former Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox is third with ten-percent support.
The poll also find primary voters in Michigan are opposed to the war with Iran, 53-percent to 39-percent, with eight-percent unsure.
