2 More Tornadoes Confirmed In Michigan Storms

(Detroit, MI) – The National Weather Service has confirmed two more tornadoes from the overnight storms in Michigan, bringing the statewide total to seven. Officials say tornadoes touched down in Ann Arbor and Lincoln Park early Wednesday morning.

The Ann Arbor tornado reached estimated winds of 110 miles per hour, while the Lincoln Park tornado peaked at 95 miles per hour. Weather officials say other tornadoes were also confirmed in Allegan, Montcalm, Shiawassee, and Saginaw counties.
