(Grand Rapids, MI) – Emergency crews are expected to resume searching for someone believed to have gone underwater in the Grand River. Crews began searching around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday after a caller reported someone jumping from the Blue Bridge and becoming submerged in the water. Grand Rapids authorities searched using boats, divers, and drones- but had to suspend searching for the night Tuesday.
The search resuming today will be dependent on weather conditions.
