(Cleveland, OH) – A registered dietitian is emphasizing the importance of eating breakfast. Doctor Teresa Eury with the Cleveland Clinic says folks should eat within two hours of waking up or else it may be hard to concentrate and it could lead to overeating later in the day. Eury recommends eating a breakfast that includes protein, fiber and heart healthy fats.
She advises to limit pastries and sugary cereals as the first meal of the day.
