Ottawa County, MI (WGHN) – The Ottawa County Board of Commissioners meet today. at 10:00 a.m. they will have a training session with MSU Extension. At 12:30 p.m. a regular meeting will take place.
Some of the items on the agenda include:
To approve the Resolution authorizing the setting of three (3) public hearings to engage the public on the possible creation of a Community Mental Health Authority in Ottawa County.
Kleinjans v. Moss Suggested Motion: To accept the Defense Counsel’s recommendation regarding Kleinjans v. Moss as outlined in the opinion letter dated December 5, 2025. Upon motion and 2/3 vote, this matter could be addressed in Closed Session.
