Re-appointments and new appointments to boards and commissions
A. Consideration by City Council of a resolution to approve the terms of MDOT AERO
Sponsor Grant 2025-0548, in the amount of $64,750.00, for the replacement of two
gas dispensers, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the necessary
documents.
B. Approve an agreement with Lakeshore Advantage of Holland, Michigan for economic
development services in the budgeted amount of $10,000.00.
Administration recommends approval.
