(Undated) – A new report says ADHD drugs have some unexpected benefits. A study out of Sweden, detailed by the American Medical Association, says ADHD medications are linked to fewer injuries, accidents, and risky behaviors. The risk of self-harm was as nearly 23-percent lower when people were on ADHD medication.
Traffic crashes dropped by as much as 29-percent, and risk of committing a crime fell by up to 27-percent while people were using the medication.
