Wright Twp., MI (WGHN) – A 72-year-old man remains in critical condition after he was seriously injured when he was hit by a car on I-96 near Marne early Friday morning around 2:40 a.m.
The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office says that the 72-year-old man on foot on the expressway when he was struck by a driver heading eastbound on I-96 near 8th Avenue.
The man was transported to St. Mary’s hospital by LIFE EMS with critical injuries where he remains for treatment anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 616-738-4000 or Silent Observer at 877-88-SILENT.
