(Muskegon, MI) – In a majority vote vaping near public parks and pavilions is now prohibited. In a meeting a few weeks ago The Muskegon City Commission adopted the new rule where vaping is now banned within 100-feet of playgrounds and pavilions. Officials say pursuing a cleaner and healthier lifestyle for residents is the goal.
The new rule is effective this spring.
