(Mason Co., MI) – An elderly Norton Shores woman is recovering after she was trapped under a tree for several days. Seventy-four-year-old Nancy Bloomquist went missing after she went to the Little River Casino in Mason County on April 3rd. She told police her car became stuck and then caught fire, and she laid down by the tree to get out of the rain then couldn’t get back up.
She was located last night with the help of a drone.
