(Muskegon Heights, MI) – Muskegon Heights Police have saved the life of a man who was heating his home with a stove. Authorities performing a welfare check say the man was overcome by carbon monoxide, and found on the kitchen floor. EMS arrived and began administering first aid.
The stove was reportedly hotter than 187 degrees, and the residence registered high levels of the deadly gas.
