City staff will be onsite at Chinook Pier on Thursday, July 11th, from 1 pm-7 pm to review, discuss, and collect input on the two submissions received in response to the RFP process for redevelopment. We encourage members of the public to take advantage of this opportunity to share their feedback for City Council consideration.
Over the previous few months, staff has made public presentations to various boards and commissions, including; the MSDDA, Economic Development Corporation and Brownfield Redevelopment Authority, Parks and Recreation Board, Planning Commission, and the Historic Commission.
As a next step in the process, the development teams themselves will be making a presentation to City Council on July 15; the presentation(s) will be informational and a decision will not be made on that date.
