(Lansing, MI) – State Representative Neil Friske has been arrested in Lansing after police were sent to the 21-hundred block of Forest Road for shots being reported. Friske is the only person who’s name was released in the incident and he was arrested around 3 a.m. Police confirmed he had a valid concealed pistol license. Friske was first elected to the state House in 2022 and represents the 107th District in the northern Lower Peninsula and part of the Upper Peninsula.
His campaign Facebook page says they learned from a new report about his arrest and called it “highly suspicious” given it happened right before absentee ballots are released and the “day after an unknown phone number conducted polling on the 107 race between Rep. Friske and our opponent with deep-state ties.”
