(Cedar Springs, MI) – A reward of up to one-thousand-dollars is being offered by Silent Observer for information that helps bring a 17-year-old runaway girl back home. Penny Wise has not been seen since she left home May 31 near Morley Park in Cedar Springs and was spotted on surveillance video about five miles away on Rockford Park Drive near Northland Drive.
Her mother Mishael Wise says she left home in a pink tank top and shorts, and two shirts were found that belonged to her at Morley Park a few days after she disappeared.
“We are exhausted. We are physically exhausted, emotionally exhausted. We worry about her safety. We want her home, we want her safe. Every parent’s worst nightmare, and we are living it, and we’ve been living it for two weeks,” said the teen’s mother.
Wise has run away before but never for this long.
