(Grand Rapids, MI) – After 54-years of work in the Grand Rapids area, the Richard and Helen DeVos foundations is ending its work. Over the years, the foundation supported more than one-thousand nonprofit organizations and gave more than one-billion-dollars in funds to the organizations.
The foundation prioritized support for the arts, education, faith and health care. The foundation says its work will be carried on by others, including Richard and Helen DeVos’s children.
