(Muskegon, MI) – Paul Ferguson will spend between 30 and 100 years in prison for his role in the death of his disabled brother in Muskegon County. He pled guilty in December to one count of first-degree child abuse in the death of 15-year-old Timothy Ferguson and testified against their mother, Shanda Vander Ark. The judge went above the sentencing guidelines of nine-to-15 years in prison due to the nature of the abuse.
His mother was found guilty in December.
