Grand Haven, MI (WGHN) – Fall colors are popping and VP of Pure Michigan, Dave Lorenz has all the details in this weekly segment. We also talked about Carpool or High Occupancy Vehicle lanes that might be coming to Interstate 75 in Detroit with final passage of a bill by the state House.
The HOV lanes have been popular in other states and the Michigan Department of Transportation says they want to continue to modernize. Governor Whitmer is expected to sign the legislation that would allow for vehicles with at least two people inside to use the HOV lane.
