(Detroit, MI) – Former Vice President Kamala Harris will be campaigning with Michigan Democrat Abdul El-Sayed this week as the countdown continues to November’s midterm elections. The El-Sayed campaign says Harris will be joining the U.S. Senate candidate on the campaign trail Tuesday to discuss healthcare costs and Black maternal health.
A statement from the El-Sayed campaign says the candidate “looks forward to hearing directly from Black women and healthcare providers and discussing how he’ll continue that work in the Senate.”
