Grand Haven , MI (WGHN) – A 20-month-old girl and a 25-year-old man were hospitalized Wednesday evening after an electric dirt bike collided with a work truck on Mercury Drive.
The crash happened around 6:05 p.m. in front of the Wesco gas station at 14750 Mercury Drive.
According to the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office, the man was riding the electric dirt bike eastbound on the adjacent bike path with the 20-month-old girl as a passenger when a Ford work truck pulled out of a business parking lot and struck the dirt bike.
The Grand Haven Township Fire Department and Life EMS also responded.
